Ingredients
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- 1 medium pear, sliced
- 15 grams walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
- 35 grams rocket
- 40 grams stilton, crumbled
- 1 dstspn olive oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 slices toasted wholemeal bread
- 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 30 grams Flora pro.activ buttery spread
Directions
- Toss the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix the oil, vinegar and mustard together. Season lightly. Add to the salad and mix well together.
- Spread bread with Flora ProActiv Buttery mixed with basil and a little seasoning. Cut into croutons and serve with the salad.
