Ingredients
- 25 grams Flora Pro.Activ Buttery
- 1 small clove garlic
- 2 handfuls fresh basil
- 25 grams Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 large slices bread (e.g. rye, granary)
- 100 grams chicken breast fillet, cooked and sliced
- handful rocket
- 25 grams toasted pine nuts
Directions
- Place the Flora ProActiv spread, garlic and basil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the Parmesan and mix in.
- Spread the pesto over the bread and top with the rocket, chicken and pine nuts.
